Power flow through God's address.

9. February 1955. B.D. NR. 6186.

When I speak to you men, then power flows into you, which is indescribable effective, even so you do not feel that bodily. For I just address the soul after all; I speak words, which are of help to your spiritual life, and the soul feels that, which is willing to listen to me. That power, which is now sent to it, is also of spiritual kind, therefore to be felt little with the sense-organs of men, but the soul matures, and the more in shorter time, the more often it lets itself be spoken to by me. And that it is not so obvious to you men, has its reasons in that respect, that a noticeable favour, an evident progress, could cause the soul to imitation from selfish motives, from motives of self-interest, and for that reason would remain without success. My word must be listened to in free will; man must be driven to it inwardly; he must long for my presence and just out of love want, that I speak to him. He is not allowed to be stimulated through promises or successes, which he can control himself and his striving would be worthless for his soul. But you receive power unmeasured, even so you as man cannot prove that, for my address is the renunciation of my love power, which must therefore flow over to you. I can only say to you, that your soul wins an extreme great blessing, which is touched by this my love power, for something spiritual flows down to earth, to make it happy. But all these words would be empty words, when the effect would not to be recognized at the nature of man - which is radiated through by my love spirit, therefore can only again be called a spiritual effect, but does not provoke a bodily change - which would again be a visible proof, which I do not give, because of the freedom of will of man. But for that reason only so few men long for my word, because it does not bring in such advantages for them, which they can see and grasp. For that reason they remain behind in the development of their soul, and they only strive for that, what appears desirable to them for that reason, because it lifts their bodily life. They lack love for me, which alone would let my address become desirable for them. And so they miss much, and their souls are in want; they are powerless and lightless and still could so amply be supplied with light and with power. But the will of men is free - but I will never stop to speak to those, who love me. And they will be allowed to receive much power and in future be able to create and work in the spiritual kingdom, as it is their purpose.
Amen. B.D. NR. 6186.
